Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- You must initiate your return request within 15 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear (bikinis, swimsuits) with removed hygiene liners
- Footwear that shows signs of wear
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Exchange options (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items)
Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
- If the replacement item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the return was due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
- In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item
International Returns
For international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
