Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Tracking included
Free Shipping
- Available on orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Swimwear (bikinis, swimsuits) with removed hygiene liners
- Footwear showing signs of wear
- Gift cards
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Customer Service

- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Details of items to return/exchange (product name, size, color)
- Reason for return/exchange
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Shipping instructions
- Exchange options (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Package item securely in original packaging
- Include order confirmation or packing slip
- Ship to provided return address
- We recommend using trackable shipping (you’re responsible for return shipping costs)
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Credit applied to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/incorrect items)
Note: Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship replacement after processing your return
- Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll be charged or refunded accordingly)
- Standard shipping rates apply unless the return was our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item:

- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost
International Returns
For international customers:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
